How do I register as a customer?
You can register here for free and without any obligation. As part of the registration process, we’ll ask you to upload your business details, including your license, tax number and contact information. You can also send us these details by email if you don’t have them on hand while registering. Once we’ve received and validated your details, we’ll email you information about activating your account. Please bear with us as we manually validate all registrations individually.
How can I order from erve.shop?
As a wholesale business, we only supply to professional customers (companies with a commercial VAT number). Once your account is activated, you can access all the features of the shop, view pricing information and enter your first order.
Why can't I see any prices?
Since we are a wholesaler, only approved professional traders can see our wholesale prices. We invite businesses to register for free by following the online registration process www.erve.shop\Register.
How do I place an order?
Our online catalog is intuitive and works as simply as any online store. Browse through the products, add assortments to your basket and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. Once we’ve received your payment, your order will be packed and shipped.

How do I redeem a coupon?
From time to time we release promotional coupons. Take advantage of the offer by applying the coupon code in the “order summary” stage of the checkout process.

How long are the offers valid?
Offers are only valid while stocks last. If an item is sold out, it is automatically deleted from the shop. We take great care to keep our inventory up to date, however, errors in stock availability can happen on occasion.
Is it possible to reserve goods?
Yes, it is. You can plan ahead and purchase items that are not yet in our warehouse.
We will let you know when the goods arrive in our warehouse and then we’ll arrange the balance payment. We’ll ship your order as soon as the payment is complete.
How often do you receive new items in your shop?
New styles arrive daily. It may even happen that a previously sold-out item re-appears in the shop. The new products are dynamically activated so that new styles may be added at any time. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about new designs, product launches and special offers.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept SEPA bank transfers, major credit cards and PayPal.
Payment takes place during the ordering process, and goods will be shipped after the payment has been completed.
If paying by money wire, remember to include your order number in the transfer details, as well as your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details. You’ll also receive our bank account details in your order confirmation email. We’ll ship your goods as soon as we receive the funds.
Please note that all bank fees will be charged to you, including those for an incomplete transfer. If transferring from an international bank account, always use SEPA transfers, rather than other foreign remittance, to avoid additional bank fees.

Do prices include VAT?
The prices listed on our website are net prices (excl. VAT, excl. shipping). The VAT is calculated and displayed as you add items to your shopping cart.
The following rules apply in determining the VAT in the ordering process:
- Domestic customers pay the VAT currently applicable in Germany/UK.
- International customers with their headquarters in the EU and who have a valid VAT ID do not pay VAT.
- International customers with their headquarters in Europe (but outside of the EU) don't pay VAT.
All VAT charges are subject to review by German/UK law. Contact us if you have any questions about the VAT requirements of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Costs for shipping and handling as well as insurance are calculated separately for each order.
The total cost of shipping and handling depends on the total number of items purchased. A minimum charge applies to orders containing only one item.
Purchases from outside of the EU, for example from Switzerland or Norway, will be shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid). Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unexpected costs.

You can use product photographs from the items you have purchased from us. As soon as you've placed your order, contact us for higher quality product images.
